Elevator Pitch

Tessaray is Thief crossed with Chameleon Run in a 2D art style.

Theme/setting/genre

• 2D Stealth puzzle platformer.
• Tessa goes to bed one night but wakes up finding herself trapped in the picture opposite her bed.
• She must navigate her way through a series of pictures in order to escape.

Core Gameplay mechanics

1. Stealth – Tessa has the ability to change colour. She can use it to hide in the environment in order to evade enemies.
2. Platforming – Tessa must navigate through the environment in order to collect paint brushes of different colours. Shen can use these to re-paint the picture, which in turn unlocks other parts of the environment that she can navigate to.
3. Puzzle – Tessa must find the best route through the environment. She can only carry two paint brushes at a time and therefore must decide which paint brushes to keep and which to drop in order to reach the goal.
